Former No. 1 overall pick Fernando Mendoza made his first preseason start on Thursday night, following up a strong opening debut last week against the Cardinals with a less-than-stellar start against the Texans. Still, even with Mendoza allowing an early pick 6, the Raiders were able to pull back a last-second touchdown for a two-point victory.

At 1 p.m. ET, Shedeur Sanders looks to improve his standing in the Browns ' quarterback battle when he gets the start against the Bills in Cleveland. Deshaun Watson got the start last week. Also in the early afternoon, the Ravens face the Vikings while the Falcons face the Colts.
